General Information

Caernant is a modern house situated on the perimeter of the historic town of Cardigan. There is parking space for up to four cars in the forecourt of the premises. There are two steps into the front of the house. The ground floor is level throughout comprising of a large entrance hall, small lounge with double doors into spacious dining room. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. All bedrooms are on the first floor and are only accessed by stairs. Radiators are thermostatically controlled. Television has remote control. Tea and Coffee making facilities in bedroom. There is a lawn, garden and patio areas that guests are welcome to use at their leisure.

Front Bedroom Bathroom layout:

Ensuite bathroom consists of washbasin, toilet and a large shower, with ample space.

Back Bedroom Bathroom layout:

Ensuite bathroom consists of washbasin, toilet and a shower. The room is slightly smaller than the ensuite bathroom in the front bedroom.

Bedroom detail:

Large bedroom with double bed (with ample space for a child's bed or cot, both available on request), two armchairs, television, ample storage space.

Dining room (access, menus, etc):

Dining room is on the ground floor with wide access through double doors.

Entrance:

Large entrance hallway.
