Location
Caernant B&B enjoys a fine position between the beautiful beaches of Cardigan Bay and the Preseli Hills of the Pembrokeshire National Park. The 180 miles of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path's northern juncture is 3 miles from Cardigan. Mwnt beach is just 4 miles distant, with many sandy beaches within a short car drive.
Activities
There is an 18 hole golf course at Gwbert (2 miles), trout and salmon fishing and canoeing on the famous River Teifi which is designated as a site of special scientific interest; bowling club (indoor and outdoor), tennis courts and swimming pool all within one mile of Caernant. The newly constructed state of the art theatre and cinema are within walking distance.

This area of Wales has a wealth of historical buildings and castles. Please visit the Cadw and National Trust websites for further information. We are also within an hour's drive of the National Botanic Garden of Wales and Aberglasney Gardens. There is also plenty to see and do for the whole family such as paintball in Cenarth, Oakwood Wales' Largest Theme Park in the neighbouring county of Pembrokeshire and much more.
